-The museum is free for children under 12 years old. They can visit with an adult.

-We kindly ask our visitors who need a loaner wheelchair to provide information when purchasing their tickets.

-Our museum visitors are required to leave their umbrellas, oversized bags, backpacks and luggage at the cloakroom.

-Başalan Istanbul Camera Museum cannot be held responsible for the safety of your belongings that you do not leave in the cloakroom.

-It is forbidden to smoke in the indoor and outdoor areas of the museum and to bring food and drinks into the museum.

-We kindly ask you not to touch the cameras.

-For the safety of children and cameras, we kindly ask our visitors to hold the hands of small children who are not in a stroller during the exhibition visits. You are responsible for your children.

-For personal use, non-professional photographs can be taken as memories; videos cannot be shot. Photos can be taken without flash and without using a tripod. We kindly ask our visitors who have tripods, selfie sticks and similar equipment with them to leave these equipment in the cloakroom.  All kinds of use, reproduction, publication, sale and communication of the images taken to the public, etc., except for personal purposes, are subject to the prior written permission of Başalan Istanbul Camera Museum.

-For group tours, a reservation must be made by calling +90 (212) 290 62 72 (pbx). Groups arriving without a reservation will not be accepted.
